Cost to Retain Real Estate Attorney

I am a new investor in Chicagoland and I need an attorney on my team. Can someone give me an idea of how much I should be prepared to pay hourly and what sort of terms or commitments would be in a retainer contract or if I even need a retainer per se.

The tasks I have in mind for an attorney include:

1. Review Partnership agreements

2. Review lease option contracts

3. Review contracts with contractors

3. Help set up LLC to establish business line of credit and do deals in my business name

4. Maybe other tasks that would require an attorney's expertise
