I am looking for a real estate savvy accountant in my area (southern NH).  Would be helpful if they are knowledgeable in solo 401k also.  Does anyone know of someone who they have worked with?  If so please let me know.  Thank you for your help!

Not sure why you're limiting your search to someone local.  With the Internet, you can just as easily work with someone across the country.  There is a whole cadre of knowledgable CPAs on here that would be able to assist with whatever you need.
