Hello,
I also am pro section 8 when it comes to tenants. Right now of all my tenants my top 3 are section 8 tenants. Clean, respectful and your money is guaranteed. I would suggest having them re apply as a tenant when their lease is up and see if they are a good fit or not. As with any tenant there are good and bad, both on section 8 and not. Screening is the key. Good luck!

Hello all,
I am looking for a real estate savvy accountant in my area (southern NH). Would be helpful if they are knowledgeable in solo 401k also. Does anyone know of someone who they have worked with? If so please let me know. Thank you for your help!

Hello all,
I too am trying to find some used coin ops in the Boston/Southern NH area. I have great income from my rentals with these and need to put some in my new rental we just got. Anyone know where I can find some, Craigslist dosent have much in my area.
Thanks for your help,

First off, Congrats! The vacation rental is something we just got into as well. We purchased a small lakefront home in NH. 650sf, 2bdrm with a back porch and a deck on the lake, also has a small private beach. It is in a homeowners association so the landscaping, plowing and roof shoveling as well as water and septic are included in the 135/mo fee. We will be renting it in summer for 875/wk and more for event or holiday weeks. It will also rent in winter months for skiers, snowmobilers and ice fishing. Weekly vacation rentals are the way to go if you are in the right market for it. Good luck and keep going with it.

Has anyone ever purchased or dealt with tax lien certificate sales in NH or MA? I can't seem to find much information on it and wanted to throw the question out there. Does anyone have any personal experience in these states or know where I can find accurate information?

Thanks for the reply Ned. Is the spreadsheet something that you made or is is something that I can buy to track my liens?

Thank you,
I googled it but so many come up, I wanted to get first hand advice from someone who has taken a good one. I dont mind paying good money for good training and I want the best and most accurate one I can find.
Thanks
