Ethical to say you have a full price offer?

Long story short, the first showing we had gave us a written full price offer. We have 14 more showings scheduled this weekend. Is it ethical to tell the other showings that we already have a full price offer?

I agree with Jeff, we have had this happen.  We wait to sign the contract and let all the showings know what we have.  It weeds out the not so serious buyers but you may create some competition as well!
