Hello BPers,
I am in the Columbus market and am beginning my search for my initial investment property. Before, though, I want to sit down with a tax professional and discuss all tax implications and benefits in regard to said investment. I also plan on speaking with a real estate attorney, as well. I want to have as much understanding of what I'm entering into. Research and preparation are key!
If anyone in the Columbus area could refer me to a knowledgeable CPA, it would be much appreciated. I'm researching, as well, but any additional insight would be fantastic.
