We Buy Houses Trademark!
Hello, BP!
Wondering if someone has had the same problems with using We Buy Houses. I received an email/friendly reminder from webuyhouses.com that I am using We Buy Houses as personal marketing material (which I am) without their consent (which I think they're right). I had no idea the sentence was trademarked ( my ignorance). I tried contacting them through email (but it fails to get to them) and I left a couple messages on 2 different tel. #'s they provide but, so far, nobody contacted me.
Per their request (I assume) Facebook took down my Page (and there's just no way to contact them, at least that I can figure out) and Youtube deactivated my video. Does anyone has some advice in dealing with this situation.
I would appreciate any and all input.

@Attila Bertalan - you will no longer need to worry about this as we finally won our long battle - judge Ellis ruled in our favor and cancelled the trademark today! You can now use we buy houses as you wish.
