What can be rolled into Solo401K - Either Regular or ROTH?
I have a little trouble understanding exactly what can be rolled into Solo401K accounts and am hoping for a little help here before taking the next step of actually setting up an account.
- What can a Traditional IRA be rolled into?
- What can a ROTH IRA be rolled into?
- What can a Self Directed Traditional IRA be rolled into?
- What can a Self Directed ROTH IRA be rolled into? (I think the answer here is no Solo401K)
I have all these right now, and am hoping to clean things up a bit :-)
Thanks, Dan Dietz

Dan, this chart from IRS will be helpful:
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-tege/rollover_chart.pd...
It doesn't matter if your IRA is self-directed or not, if you have a Self-directed Roth IRA - it is still Roth IRA and the same rules would apply to it as if it was a conventional Roth IRA with Fidelity.
Let me know if you have any specific questions about specific account after reviewing that chart.
