Hello All, Can anyone recommend a good inexpensive company/site to form an LLC in California? Thanks.

I recommend talking to your CPA about a set up and Im sure that they can send you to the right source. Keep in mind that you don't have to set up an LLC in California to operate in California, you can create one out of state like Nevada and operate in the state of California. Your CPA should have a great break down of all of this.
