Recommendations for Tax Advisor CPA

Hi All,

I live in Livermore, CA and I need a recommendation for a tax accountant/CPA for my taxes. I have purchased my first out of state investment, and would like use a great CPA that is in my area.

What other cities are near Livermore?
You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney. Just make sure they specialize in tax and have significant experience dealing with real estate investors.
