Transferring a property with a quit claim deed
I have a property that I purchased in my name. Since then I have formed an LLC and want to transfer the deed into the LLC's name using a quit claim deed. I spoke with my lender and they said this was ok and wouldn't cause a due on sale. I can find a quit claim deed on-line and it looks like a simple form, but what do I do with it? Do I send it to a title company?

I agree with TJ's recommendation above that you should have your deed reviewed by an attorney. And you can do it economically by drafting a deed yourself, signup for LegalShield (which is membership type organization allowing you to have access to any lawyer anywhere in the US) and have them review it for you and correct if needed. The membership cost is less than $20/mo and you can use it anytime for any legal matter. As real estate investor you would definitely benefit from this legal service, look it up. I've done what I'm suggesting and it worked just fine.
