Hello!

I am seeking a real estate lawyer in the Orlando area.

I have a piece of land locked property that I need to get "un" locked, this

means I need a "fee simple" agreement to buy a piece of land from my neighbor.

I'm not good at negotiating and have no idea of what to even offer for what I need

for my land.
