LLC Operating Agreement
Hi everyone,
I am i n the process of setting up my Delaware LLC and am preparing to draft my Operating Agreement. The LLC will be manager managed and the members will me and my partner. Together, we will be the managers.
Does anyone have an Operating Agreement they like that you can share?
Also, please let me know of any particular clauses, sections, language you think is important to include in such an Operating Agreement. Any and all suggestions welcome.
