Hi all,

I've got a tenant that has fallen on hard times and is behind on 7 months of rent.  They are nice people and stay in touch.  I heard there might be a landlord assistance program in Florida we can apply for to help offset the missed rent to hopefully avoid eviction.  I would greatly appreciate any advice, links, or anything you can point me to.
