Looking for CA attorney to set up an LLC for self-directed IRA
Hello, my husband currently has a self-directed IRA into which he will be rolling over assets from his self-directed 401K, which will be closing. Can someone recommend an attorney to set up an LLC to contain these assets? Otherwise, he will need to pay separate fees for each of the assets and have less control.
