I'm an out of state investor looking for a Chicago attorney regarding nonpayment on a loan for a flip.

Hello, my husband currently has a self-directed IRA into which he will be rolling over assets from his self-directed 401K, which will be closing. Can someone recommend an attorney to set up an LLC to contain these assets? Otherwise, he will need to pay separate fees for each of the assets and have less control.

thanks for the post Carrie. I'll be following with interest. I'm also in California and just started investing in rental property in Cleveland.

i use sense financial. I'm very happy with them. I previously had a self directed IRA with Entrust and had numerous issues mostly related to the time it takes then to process requests, which can potentially cause you to lose out on deals.

Welcome Luane!  We're newbies as well. Definitely listen to all the podcasts - great information and encouragement. We purchased a rental property in Fallbrook last year. We're looking into doing some fix and flips this year and I also plan to leave the corporate world behind very soon - planning for next May!  I'm interested in partnerships.
