Power of Attorney for LLC

I'm wondering if there's a way to grant power of attorney for an LLC to an individual, if the operating agreement allows of course. Also what kind of attorney should I search for to prepare such document?

If someone presented a POA to act for an LLC, I would not permit such an agreement to be used in connection with a real estate transaction we were insuring.

You can accomplish what you want through an LLC Resolution in which John Doe is authorized by all the Members (or the Manager(s), as the case may be) to do all things necessary in connection with the sale of X property pursuant to contract dated Y (or whatever the transaction involved).

Search for "LLC resolution to sell real estate" for a sample.
