Hello all, I am looking for a local (Ventura/Los Angeles) bookkeeper or accountant whom can get me setup with a software based financial program. I would like someone who specializes in quickbooks or another platform, with a focus in long term real estate rentals. I am not a Property Manager, just investor. Ideally, I would like to track finances on each property in my portfolio, focusing on income, expenses, cash flow, bills, and basic tracking to make end of year taxes easier. Thank you for your help
