SDIRA Custodians: IRA Services Trust or Specialized IRA Services?

I'm going to liquidate my standard, mutual fund Roth IRA and begin self-directing into notes. I've been researching SD-IRA custodians and the two that seem to come up most often are these, so I'm trying to choose. Does anyone have experience with one or both that they could share to help my decision? Customer service? Fees? Speed? etc...?
