Do you use a lawyer to draft purchase agreements?

I am planning to purchase my first commercial property (medical office) in SE Michigan. My real estate broker is telling me it is fine to use his standard purchase agreement, but my lawyer is saying I should have him draft one. What do you guys think?

Have your lawyer review the broker's agreement and make any changes. It sounds like your lawyer is looking for billable hours. This is a way to solve the conflict. If your lawyer doesn't agree, you've got the wrong lawyer or he knows you have lots of money and you like spending it.
