Do you use a lawyer to draft purchase agreements?

I am planning to purchase my first commercial property (medical office) in SE Michigan.  My real estate broker is telling me it is fine to use his standard purchase agreement, but my lawyer is saying I should have him draft one.  What do you guys think?
