LP and Syndication Attorney Recommendations, Portland OR

We are researching partnership structures for a contract we've just gotten and would love to get Attorney recommendations from the BP community, preferably here in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area. We are starting to look into syndication options, as well as Limited Partnership agreements. Since this will be the first time we'll bring in outside partners, we want to be sure we have a well-constructed operating agreement and aren't violating any SEC laws. This project is relatively small, but we already have several others larger projects in the pipeline.

@Susan Elliott if you’re looking at syndications, you don’t need a local attorney. I highly recommend Dugan Kelly with Kelly, Clark. Dugan is excellent and very responsive. Give him a shout!

@Susan Elliott There're several attorneys here on BP, so I suggest you speak with several of them. The goal should be not to get the cheapest rather the one that you think you could work with long terms where the rapport has been easily established and their approach resonates with you.

Folks to reach out to are @Mauricio Rauld , @Amy Wan   and many more...
