How do I establish an Opportunity Zone Fund?

I have investments I’m qualified areas and recently purchased another.  How do I include in an opportunity zone fund?  What are the steps to establish?

Need to create an entity for the QOF. Need legal documents and tax filings. Consult with attorney and CPA.

In all seriousness: onboard an attorney and tax CPA familiar with QOFs to your team as external partners.  That's step one.
