Selling property in abroad Colombia
We are selling a property in Colombia that belongs to my wife. Has anyone sold a property internatonally or know a professional that deals with these matters? Just want to know what to expect and what taxes and legal obligations are required.

They've been buying, selling, renting units in Medellin for years and cater mainly to foreigners. They should be able to walk you through what's needed or point you in the right direction.
