We are selling a property in Colombia that belongs to my wife. Has anyone sold a property internatonally or know a professional that deals with these matters? Just want to know what to expect and what taxes and legal obligations are required.

@Corby Goade I can only refi the purchase price conventionally after 6 months no cash out if Im not mistaken. Also not really into waiting 6+ months to do another deal.
