Texas Real Estate Attorney ~ Contract review

Hey I’m barely beginning my Real estate journey. I’m currently putting together all my contracts for when I start doing deals. I’m going to be doing wholesaling: single closing assignments and double closings. I need to be legally covered of course.

I’ve taken and combined a few contracts I got from some influencers but I need help because I know every state is different. I don’t have no money to pay for someone and I’m marketing on Texas and Austin.

Any advice tips etc. or do you know anyone that can look over the contract once I’m done putting them together. I’m also aware the contracts are going to vary depending on deal/people agreements. But I’m just looking for a standard default one I will customize as to deal as needed.
