Call tools; purchase agents to call for you and calls multiple numbers at a time. You have to bring your own skip-traced leads though. It has many built in tools, I’d recommend to research more into it to see if it’s a good fit for you. :)

Okay, I’ll probably do some side hustles. I currently have a full time job to help with capital. Might pick up another part time after I graduate. Let’s see where the road takes me. Thank you good luck to you too!

Okay good too know, I meant credit debt. I’m using self to build my credit and I’m not sure if paying it off (it just puts money into a savings and build with the 3 bureaus) will benefit my credit. or should I just roll with the set amount it’ll take?

Thanks I was fortunate to find out about it through family. I got more in depth when I started looking more into it and came across wholesaling etc. For sure, I’ve always been fascinated by psychology sociology etc. Thanks and will do. Good luck!

Thanks for the book Recommendation. Yeah they had some helpful advice. I agree, it wasn’t the right way to go about. On another note, most likely I’m going to save like crazy and currently building that credit score. If I pay it off sooner than needed (not at once but early payments if that makes sense), will that help? or is it best to just do the months till it’s done? Okay, I look into that once I’m near what I need more or less. Thank you, good luck to you too. :)
