I own a few multi-family properties in Minneapolis/St.Paul and am looking for a good accountant who can maximize tax breaks and help plan for future investments.

Another vote for @John Woodrich from me. That said, local is not necessary these days, and you really can choose from 20+ real estate accountants on this forum. We all work nationwide.

@Adam Tafel - it's a little complicated. Technically, CPAs are licensed by states, but most states recognize out-of-state CPAs' licenses. EAs are licensed on a federal level.
