Abvoiding Capital Gains Tax

After I sell my house I'm going to make 49k profit. I want to build a couple 4 plexes with the money but don't have all my ducks in a row yet. When I get the money, how do I avoid paying capital gains tax and how much time do I have before I have to pay the tax?

Opportunity Zone Funds are a great way to mitigate and even eliminate capital gains tax liabilities.
