ADU ARCHITECTS what?

Hi everyone we have a lower floor that can be easily converted to an adu so no need for a lot of design process but we do need somebody to prepare the permit packet. City of Vallejo. do you have any recommendations for architects or other professionals that can do that? Thank you!
