Looking for a good PM

Hi everyone

    Im looking to put an offer in on a duplex and am will cut my margins to have a PM  handle the tenants. Looking for a property management company in central Florida (Titusvile) that can handle business and sticky issues. Any input helps!

I recommend @Justin Recca from Innovative Realty & Property Management. Innovative are great, honest and specialize working with Investors. Justin is an investor himself as well and owns MFs in Central Florida. He is a great advisor and a contact to have!
