Hi all I just bought a property in South Philly. I talked to an architect about a 3rd story and roof deck and it can be done without zoning or variance due to my neighbor being 3 stories.
I’m looking for a reputable contractor if anyone has any contacts I’d appreciate the connection.
it’s been tough getting someone.

@Chris Giampietro @Anthony Theokary    If you have been doing biz in Philly, so you know you need to vet contractors carefully. Especially when working on the structure. They need to be licensed not just in PA but specifically in Philly as well.   I have been running the biggest Philadelphia Landlord group for several years and this is a hot topic of discussion. SO much so that I recently started a referral service to connect investors to reliable contractors. THe stories of people losing deposits, having things get done wrong, etc. are just terrible and unnecessary since there are plenty of good guys out there. Feel free to reach out.
