Looking For $100K Gap Funding
Does anybody know how/where I can get $100K to gap fund a deal I'm working on? A private lender I was working with pulled out, and I need to close by the 17th of this month. Any lead would be appreciated. Pls reply to post or DM.
Pls note: Not looking for the full project cost... only the gap funding for the down payment.
