Does anybody know how/where I can get $100K to gap fund a deal I'm working on? A private lender I was working with pulled out, and I need to close by the 17th of this month. Any lead would be appreciated. Pls reply to post or DM.

I just noticed this Amortization field on the BRRRR Calc. This wasn't there in previously, not sure if this is a new feature. But I'm not sure if amortization is needed for the Purchase portion of BRRRR. Any insight?
