I'm looking for a Single-family 4+br/2ba in decent place (school, neighborhood, etc) in the Bronx, Mt. Vernon, Yonkers area. Also open to other Westchester Counties, as well.... I'm looking to flip this as my first deal, and I'm excited... Please reach out if you have any lead or want to partner.
