Where to find English speaking VAs?

Question

Need a VA that can field phone calls and speaks good English. I currently have two other VAs, one that handles data entry and another that does all the messaging for guests. But I have had a hard to finding someone on that can speak decent enough English for me to trust them handling phone calls. I have looked on Fiverr but have not had much luck. Any other places I should be looking?

Many use people in phillipines but I have found using peopke here in the US is far superior. Do we pay people here more - yep but they provide greater roi

If you have not found someone we use a company out of South America and excellent English speaking. Pay more than Philippines ($8-12/hr)  but you get what you pay for

Check out CS Outsource and their Latin American agents. They work with many property management companies. The cultural familiarity bodes well for speaking with clients & guests and helping with onboardings. At the end of the day with anybody you add to the team make sure you interview the people and see if they are a good fit to work with you. Focus more on character and less on "Do you know this software" is my advice.

We found some on fiver/upwork and they have worked well, phillipines based and some have STR experience.  There also are some that did not work out, so hire carefully.
