Mobile home loan needed

Hi BP! So I found this mobile home that I really like. It’s 119k, and would like to see if I can qualify to get into this mobile home. Space rent is $1,200 and mortgage is $619. This is something that is doable for me and would like to get into my first house hack. Please let me know if anyone can assist with this home. I feel like this would be a great opportunity. I have private lending ready and would appreciate any feedback.
