Hi BP, I’m in the process of getting my first mobile home and would like to get advice from a CPA or attorney to see what I would need to structure my foundation. Any advice is appreciated, thank you! 

Hi @Rachel H. I was able to get a hold of two lenders now. I'm working to see which one is willing to work with me. Thank you for the feedback! :) I'm planning on renting by the room, and eventually moving out after one year of house hacking. I want the home to cash flow and keep it long term giving me the opportunity to purchase another home and house hack it. 

Can anyone recommend any investor friendly realtors that specialize in Mobile Home loans in Long Beach Ca.? Seems I've been reaching out to the wrong ones. I had one approve me for 100k with space rent under $900, then lost contact with me. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Thank you @Rachel H.! The mobile home that I am interested in is already in the MHP. I would be purchasing the MH and leasing the lot space, having the tenant pay.
