Mobile Home House Hack / (On Leased land)

Can anyone recommend any investor friendly realtors that specialize in Mobile Home loans in Long Beach Ca.? Seems I've been reaching out to the wrong ones. I had one approve me for 100k with space rent under $900, then lost contact with me. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
