75% LTV Refinance, DSCR

Any Leander's still doing 75% LTV + on DSCR Loans or Conventional Loans for business? I have two properties I need to take down within 30 days. I have been through a lot, looking for a lender over the last 9 months. HML giving us hard time trying to refinance with a potential lender at a 62% LTV...

 Hi Donovan,

Most if not all DSCR lenders are still doing 75% LTV on DSCR loans. Keep shopping and find one that can help you out. My question to you is why are you capped at 62% LTV? Is it because the DSCR ratio only works at that LTV threshold?
