Looking for a Website Designer

Looking for some referrals for a website designer. My preferences include at least 50 projects completed. Has experience working with clients in real estate. I would prefer someone who is local to the Twin Cities, but I am open to names from anywhere in the country. If you respond to this, I’d like you also to include what you liked about working with this person and if there were any negatives to your experience working with them.
