Hi Zachary, lots of reliable DSCR brokers and lenders on here. I recommend using the Build Your Team tab at the top of the page or navigating to preferred lenders in the BP forums. Either way, here's some simple DSCR expectations:

Purchases 80LTV

Cash outs 75TLV

640+ FICO you should be able to find a lender that can use that as a score

DSCR 1.00-.125 is the sweet spot

Min Loan Amount is roughly $75,000 for all DSCR lenders on a single property
