My family just moved out of our house-hack property in Chamblee, GA. We were living upstairs which is a 3 bed/2bath and renting out our basement which is a 2/2 for $2000/ month. Total square footage is ~2500. Tenant has been super easy to work with and willing to stay.
It has been a great setup for us but we recently moved to Tennessee. I was planning on renting out the upstairs in the $3200-3500 dollar range but am reconsidering selling the house now to finance a new property in TN. The property is in the Sexton Woods neighborhood on a quiet street. I'm looking to get $680K net of any buyer's agent commission.
