Hello, 

I am in search of a hard money lender that can finance a 13 unit building used for corporate housing. Each unit in 200sqft and composed of studios, rooms, and shared spaces. 

It is a short term rental and is located in Seattle, Washington. Happy to connect with any hard money lenders.
