Relocating to St. Augustine/Jacksonville area - Agent Needed
I am moving to the St Augustine/Jacksonville area for my son to attend the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. We plan to move to the area by January 1, 2024 but would like to have our living situation settled by then. We are looking to either rent (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) home or apartment somewhere locally initially then find a home (at least 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) to purchase or even a multifamily to house hack. I am planning to visit the area Saturday, September 23, 2023 to Monday, September 25, 2023.
I would like to work with a real estate agent with experience in real estate investing and property management who could show me properties. Please feel free to reach out to me so we can discuss this further.

Hi Louis, I would also recommend @Chris Mury to help with your property hunt! He is a real estate agent but also has local investment properties and understands the investor side of the market very well. He helped me purchase an investment property in St Augustine recently and we have it listed as an STR now.
