Finding Sub2 deals

I am looking for sub2 deals in Western Washington. Do you have any idea how to find wholesalers or agents who specialize in this type of deal?

@Bini Teklehaimanot try some local real estate meetup groups. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. You can also try Roger Paschal HERE    But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
