Hello everyone, I’ve been receiving overwhelming feedback on section 8 information I would like to inform anyone interested in the Detroit market that I can manage your property and place section 8 tenants paying fair market rent. I have communication with various housing committees and there is a shortage for section 8 voucher holders. With this being such a high demand I’m seeking to take over properties of investors that are willing to place section 8 tenants while in return I will manage the property and inspections that come with this type of client.
