Looking For Lender in Florida
Hello BP Community - I'm currently working on new builds in Florida and I have two duplexes about to be completed in the next few weeks/months.
The duplexes will appraise for ~$550k and I'm looking for a lender to provide a 75% LTV mortgage with no prepayment penalties. Any suggestions for who will provide a competitive offer?
