Hello everyone! 👋 We're on the lookout for a reliable and experienced property manager in Rochester, NY to manage an 8-unit apartment complex that we own. We do have a manger currently but looking for a change as some communication has been poor with us and seeing if we can find a better fit.

• Property maintenance coordination
• Tenant communication and issue resolution
• Lease administration and tenant placement
• Rent Collection and owner payouts

💼 Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management
