I own an investment focused brokerage in Tampa called Big Guava Realty. We primarily focus on working with buyers and sellers for residential as well as commerical property. We source most of our leads off market and often times use a wholesaling exit strategy, where other properties we list on the market.

I'm seeking new agents to join my brokerage, I'm an investor myself so I'm willing to help guide them and share all my insight from different deals I have worked on.
