Fix and Flip Lender Recommendations

Hello, my business partner and I are looking for fix and flip opportunities in the greater Kansas City area. Deals have been slow coming, so I am using this time to shop for lenders. I spoke with one last week who was great, but I want to be sure I am doing my due diligence. Can anyone recommend a lender that specializes in fix and flip loans?

Hi Mike, there are a ton of qualified lenders in this space. I recommend taking a look at the preferred lenders list above. Have you completed any deals before?
